International Professionals Testimonials Continued
"We are a new company in the language and intercultural services business, specializing in Central and Eastern Europe. At IPA events we enjoyed meeting some of Madison’s outstanding young, up-and-coming professionals and entrepreneurs in relaxed and friendly settings. By sharing experiences we gained many valuable insights that are helping us to expand our business."

"International Professionals is a wonderful place to find interesting, like-minded people. Having recently returned to the US after 10 years in the UK, I was thrilled when a friend introduced me to the group.
International Professionals helps bring so many different nationalities, and Americans with international experience or connections, together. My husband is British (of Hungarian parents), and we look forward to keeping up our ties with the wider world through the many interesting activities and gatherings on offer."

"My husband, an accountant specializing in International Tax Accounting, attended an International Professionals Association's Happy Hour and raved about it to me. I told him it sounded interesting and like a lot of fun so I wanted to attend to the next one. (God knows -- accountants can use all the fun they can find!)"
At the very first Happy Hour I attended, among the many people I met were two people who have become dear friends, and within the last 5 or 10 minutes of that same Happy Hour, I made a business connection as well - something I was not expecting. That business relationship has proven to be a very important one for me and my work as an artist.
At another Happy Hour event, my husband and I invited several people we know who have international connections. Two of them made business connections at this, their first Happy Hour event.
I cannot say enough about how much fun the group is. It is very culturally and professionally diverse. The Happy Hours are NEVER boring!
I am so glad this organization was founded and judging from the participation of membership and its rapid growth, I think it is safe to say there was a real void that is now being filled. I look forward to each upcoming event with the organization!

"As an accountant specializing in International Income Taxes, I thought I would attend a meeting to see if I might be able to do a bit of professional networking. The first Happy Hour I attended was not only interesting, it was fun. I made a few business connections at that first meeting and continue to. Not only have I been able to network professionally, I have made some new personal friends as well.
One of the things I like about the membership is that everyone talks to everyone else. If you don't know someone, the atmosphere is comfortable enough so that anyone can just walk up to someone else and introduce themselves. Everyone is friendly -- a great group of individuals! Even my wife, who has a disability, felt comfortable and accepted in the atmosphere created by this organization. She also made some personal and professional connections at the first Happy Hour event she attended.
I invited some of my international clients to a Happy Hour and they also made professional connections at their very first Happy Hour. The organization is not only great for professional networking, it is truly an enjoyable event each and every time.
I highly recommend attending a Happy Hour to any professional with international connections. You won't be sorry."

"When I first heard about International Group I thought I might meet people from my country who I can talk to using my native language. I didn’t expect more going for the first Happy Hour. I was so wrong!
I met amazing, intelligent, interesting, and amusing people who are from all over the world but it seems like you know them from your home town. Int’l Group is a great place for professional business networking and for making friends!!!"
